With extreme honor & gratitude, we are privileged to have Mr. Baltej Pannu, as the Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker at Kaimera MUN 2024.
Mr. Pannu started working as a radio journalist in 1990 in Brampton, Canada.
He gained popularity after working for many world-famous radio news stations, like Punjabi Radio USA, Connect Radio B.C. Canada, and South Asian Radio Edmonton. Several of the radio shows he presented air internationally, including in the Greater Toronto area in Canada, and California, in the U.S. He has also been interviewed as a political analyst by Punjabi diaspora radio stations and posts critical commentary on social media about politics and drug problems in the state.
With his long experience at national and international level, on July 2022 he was appointed as Director (Media Relations) in the Punjab Chief Minister’s Office. Now he looks after the media relations of Mann government with media organisations in India and abroad. His popularity in the city is not unknown to the residents for his chivalrous and humble approach with the public.
Indeed an unparalleled opportunity to have Sir at the event, and gain insight on his thoughts & experiences, that help him rise to be one of the pinnacles of success in Journalism, and as a representative of the rich Punjabi culture.
